- Provide support to InnoTrust application end users
- Research, document, and track client reported issues to ensure a timely resolution
- Act as a liaison between clients and our custodian partner
- Create and run reports, queries, and data integrity updates using SQL
- Automate solutions with Powershell scripts
- Document and modernize internal procedures
- Research and resolve trade, corporate action, and cash issues
- Daily file, cash recon, and other reporting
- Perform additional job-related duties as required
- Occasional coverage on a weekend for code releases
- Client focused mindset for resolving issues and communicating solutions
- Strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
- Understanding of Financial Markets/Securities Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL required
- Comfortable working with data on different servers
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
- Basic knowledge of Powershell preferred
- Must be able to function with minimal supervision and prioritize work assignments
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- 3+ years of financial related experience working in a similar service role within a Financial institution or software company
