    Description
    Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for an HR Coordinator to work fully remote on a 90+ day contract.

    The HR Coordinator will be working to review and document employee files for clinical workers for the company, and following up on missing requirements.

    The Coordinator will be working with the auditors to reviews documentation, reach out to employees for missing information, coordinate the missing requirements, and enforce deadlines with the employee to return the necessary requirements.

    We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and is a team player.

    .Skills and Requirements2+ years of experience in human resourcesExperience working with employees to complete onboarding requirements such as background checks, health screens, and drug tests.
    Comfortable coordinating with employees on onboarding instructions, deadlines, and expectations.
    Experience working with ADP, iCims, sharepoint, LMS, and other documentation systems Healthcare industry experience null
