- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to the implementation, customization, and optimization of Infor EXE software.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party consultants, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders, providing transparency into project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Infor EXE development team to configure and customize the software to meet client requirements and business needs.
- Facilitate user training and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of the Infor EXE platform.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology or software implementation environment.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Infor EXE or similar warehouse management systems software.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
