  • Your tasks and responsibilities
  • You take care of all incoming and outgoing mail for the Employment Agency, while adhering to legal regulations (especially postal secrecy and data protection in postal traffic). This includes operating various mail processing machines (e.g. envelope stuffing machine, strapping machine, and Xray machine).
  • You prepare incoming mail and distribute it to the appropriate departments, divisions, or colleagues.
  • Mail is delivered and distributed by inhouse couriers and by driving the postal vehicle to our surrounding properties.
  • Outgoing mail is counted, stuffed into envelopes, and packed by you. For larger amounts of mail to other agencies (Employment Agencies and Job Centers), the mail is collected and sent in packages.
  • You manage the material storage and ensure that there are enough work materials (envelopes, boxes, etc.).
  • In addition, you process the electronic mailbox, perform quality assurance (especially visual comparison of documents and sorting checks), and electronically sign mailings.
