WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 14 employees

Development of future-proof powertrains that ensure the economic efficiency and competitiveness of Mercedes-AMG BEV, hybrid and sports vehicles

Participation in the strategy and specification phase for future drive systems

Technical management of engine and powertrain projects

Collaboration with external service providers, ensuring efficient processing of development tasks, worldwide collaboration with many internal and external suppliers, as well as coordination of the team's direction and content development

Ensuring achievement of goals regarding technical maturity, deadlines, budget and quality in collaboration with departments
