- Prepare and review state and foreign tax returns including VAT returns, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation and review of federal income tax returns in collaboration with third-party tax advisors.
- Utilize strong Partnership taxation experience to calculate estimated earnings and quarterly distributions.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and supporting documentation.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, and assess their impact on the company's tax position.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of effective tax strategies, optimizing tax savings and minimizing risk.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies related to tax processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field. CPA required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in tax, preferably in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
- Proficiency in software such as CorpTax and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong knowledge of broad tax regulations including global tax practices desired.

Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Salary: $100,000 - $115,000
Work Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week (some overtime may be required during budgeting and at quarter-end)
Location: Washington, DC hybrid 3 days per week in office, two days remote
Employment Type: Full-time direct hire/permanent
