Responsibilities:

• Prepare business and individual federal and state tax returns.
• Review the financials prepared by accounting team
• Respond to IRS inquiries on behalf of clients and assist with tax audits.
• Identify tax issues and work with Managers to determine timely and efficiently including impact of enacted and proposed legislation.
• Work on Compilation and Review engagements.
• Maintain highest quality of service to client by developing a thorough understanding of clients' business and staying abreast of tax law changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in accounting or similar degree.
• One to three years of progressive experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in tax compliance/consulting and US GAAP.
• Knowledge of tax and accounting software and technology.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of government contractor industry practices or Deltek a plus.
