We are currently looking for a

Deputy Production / Manufacturing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Acting as a deputy for the production manager
Organizing and monitoring production processes, leading employees, providing customer advice
Ensuring quality standards
Operating, adjusting, and monitoring production equipment
Managing and motivating staff, organizing and monitoring work processes
Ensuring quantity, deadline, and qualitycompliant production
Continuous process improvement in material and resource planning
Checking and adhering to given quality standards
Planning production capacities for shifts and days
Supporting production in case of staff shortages or absences
Assisting in the development of new products
Supporting maintenance/repair/purchase of machinery and necessary planning

Your qualifications:

Technical vocational training, ideally with further education as an industrial foreman or technician, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant work experience and expertise, ideally in the field of metal processing
Strong technical understanding and problemsolving skills
Goal and resultsoriented approach, characterized by analytical and holistic thinking
First experience in motivating, confident, and trustworthy leadership of employees
Responsible, reliable, and assertive
Highly teamoriented and open to challenges
Experience with MS Office applications and possibly knowledge of SAGE 100
Aboveaverage organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to identify potential for optimization
Willingness to learn and share knowledge within the
