You will be part of the HR team, working closely with people and passionately shaping the company's development.

As an HR Operations Expert, you will focus on the following topics:

Responsibility for operational personnel management and administration
Responsibility for applicant management
Implementation and optimization of HR processes and systems
Point of contact for employees for all personnelrelated questions
Preparation of reports and analyses to support HR initiatives and strategies
Support in planning and implementing strategic and operational HR projects

Experience and enjoyment in the field of HR operations, as well as an interest in further developing in this area
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and managers

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
Ideally, you have knowledge of using Personio and SharePoint
