- Assist Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions for students with munication disorders.
- Provide direct support to students in individual or small group settings under the supervision of an SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' munication goals within the educational setting.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation in therapy sessions.
- Adapt therapy materials and techniques to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, munication Sciences and Disorders, or related field.
- Valid certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Indiana.
- Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred.
- Flexibility to travel to multiple sites throughout the week as needed.
