- Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
- Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Location: Fort Myers, Florida
- Develop and expand the Commercial sales division organically
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts
- Manage incoming leads and internal marketing efforts
- Provide training and support to new sales/estimators as necessary
- Contribute to the achievement of overall sales targets
- Devise and execute strategies to surpass sales objectives
- Maintain accountability for meeting sales goals
- Supervise project management activities of sales/estimators
- Align with and execute the company's vision
- Conduct all business activities in adherence to established policies and procedures
- Uphold and embody the company's core values
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 1+ years of experience in commercial roof estimating preferred; 2+ years of sales experience required
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills - ability to intuitively address inquiries and respond promptly
- Proven problem-solving abilities - taking ownership of challenges, resolving issues, and effectively communicating with team members
- Strong team player mentality - willingness to fulfill various tasks as required
- Possession of an acceptable driving record and auto insurance
- Prior experience in construction and commercial sectors is advantageous
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands
- Availability for local travel during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel as needed
- Work is conducted both indoors and outdoors
