Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks will include:


  • Order acceptance, processing, and verification
  • Communication with customers, sales, and the warehouse
  • Preparation of quotes and invoices
  • Delivery correction checks
  • Returns and complaint processing
  • Customer consultation
  • Participation in projects and special tasks

We would like you to have:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or
  • Experience in the commercial sector, preferably as a career changer from the nursing, pharmaceutical, or medical industry
  • Proficient in using common MS Office applications and understanding of working with ERP systems
  • Structured and independent work style with a resultsoriented approach
