Responsibilities:


  • Perform cleaning tasks (including washing dishes, cutlery, and utensils for the kitchen and dining room; operating dishwashers; cleaning all kitchen equipment and appliances)


As part of a well-coordinated kitchen team, you will be responsible for providing daily meals for our 210 patients with psychosomatic and cardiological conditions.


Your tasks will include:

  • Preparing cold meals (including dinner, breakfast, salads, desserts, and cold appetizers for our patients, as well as assisting with the preparation and presentation of cold and hot buffets)
  • Assisting with the preparation of hot meals (including using commercial kitchen equipment, disposing of waste, and ordering food and supplies)
  • Monitoring the functionality of facilities, equipment, and machines
These tasks require physical strength and stamina.

  • The job involves working varying shifts according to a schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:


  • No formal education is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Must be a team player and reliable.
  • Able to work independently and have a passion for good food, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Comfortable using kitchen equipment and utensils.
