To support our administrative department at our location in Munich, we are currently looking for a qualified and motivated
Purchasing Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement of services
- Maintenance of supplier and contract management
- Direct purchasing
- Preparation for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification of the purchasing department
- Invoice verification and handling of complaints
- Support of marketing activities
- Handling of special topics
Your qualifications:
- Commercial education and ideally further training in business administration
- Professional experience in the abovementioned areas
- Affinity for technology
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Independent work ethic and commitment
- Strong negotiation skills
