Responsibilities:

While Fischer's Fritz is still fishing for fresh fish, you are already actively working in the kitchen? Perfect.

As an important part of our kitchen crew, you will best support your new colleagues through a proactive work style and adherence to our quality and hygiene standards.

These are the tasks you will be welcomed with in our kitchen:

• Consistent implementation of our culinary concepts according to specifications
• Preparation of cold dishes, salads and desserts according to recipes
• Support in the preparation of hot dishes
• Pre and postpreparation of refrigerators, counters and food service
• Plating and serving dishes with guest contact
• General dishwashing and cleaning tasks
• Adherence to gastronomic quality and hygiene standards
