Description
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) works under the guidance of and assists the VP & Controller and SVP & CFO in various Finance tasks such as financial and regulatory reporting, month-end closings, budgeting, working with auditors and regulators, controls, general ledger reconciliations, and automating functions.
After the initial training period, time to be determined, this will be a hybrid role based on the terms of our Remote Work Program/Policy.
Superior knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and accounting activities.Strong organizational, communication and financial management skills and the ability to prioritize.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with the senior management team
A Ability to articulate financial concepts and requirements to non-financial audiences.
Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications is required. Experience with accounting software (i.e. Oracle, Prologue, automated Accounts Payable) is preferred.
C Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations as appropriate to the position.
Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
4+ years finance experience. Prior experience working in or auditing banks or financial institutions.
