Blake Thermal is looking for an energetic, self-motivated leader to lead and manage its sales, service, and operations for the New York region.

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and developing our New York region by cultivating relationships, upholding our reputation with our clients, and ensuring optimal efficiency to achieve or exceed assigned revenue objectives.

The primary focus of the Regional Manager is business growth through a cohesive and healthy sales and service team.

The Regional Manager provides leadership and mentoring to all members of our New York organization to achieve corporate objectives, service initiatives and high operational performance.

The Regional Manager will report directly to the General Manager with a matrix to the leaders of sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Leads, manages and builds an accountability culture for the regional team.
  • Assist in the identification and capture of new business and develops new relationships with prospective industry professionals to expand sales revenue and market share within New York state.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to regional staff, fostering a culture of teambuilding, accountability, and growth.
  • Gather constant customer feedback and monitor the level of service being provided to the customer, being ready to influence the daily operation for desired results to be achieved.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance product and service offerings, advance service output, and address customer needs.
  • Communicate clear performance expectations; conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Promote and implement organizational health and culture initiatives.
  • Develops an understanding of competitors' products and actions to promote a competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated success in leadership, a strong record of achievement and a proven ability to motivate organizational growth.
  • Strong project management capabilities. Ability to monitor, track and guide projects from start to finish in an organized action.
  • Knowledge and ability to communicate Blake Thermal's strengths and value propositions as the preferred provider of thermal solutions.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data, identify industry trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent track record in developing relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, employees.
  • At least 5 years' previous experience in a Technical Sales, Service Technician, or Manager function in construction, HVAC, or thermal related industry preferred.
  • Selfstarter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel as much as 20%, with 34 overnights per month.
  • Knowledge and use of customer relationship software, specifically NetSuite, a plus.
  • Knowledge and use of CMMS (computerized maintenance management software) a plus.
