- Provide patient care and service to promote and enhance patients' health through the nursing process
- Conduct various treatment procedures, offer physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, families, and friends, and oversee assigned team members
- Ensure precise and comprehensive documentation of resident care using computerized medical records
- Supervise the CNA team to guarantee the prompt and quality delivery of personalized care while maintaining accurate and complete documentation
- Administer medication, and exchange relevant reports with appropriate staff in written and verbal forms following departmental procedures
- Active and valid NY LPN License
- Prior experience in a Nursing Home or Hospital preferred
- Valid CPR Certification
- Immediate hiring
- Full-time, part-time, or per diem positions available

- Salary range: $21-$26.50 per hour
- Shifts: 8-hour, 12-hour, or 16-hour options
