Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Injection Mold Operator to join our team.

As an Injection Mold Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up and operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts according to specifications
  • Monitor machine operation, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time
  • Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the injection molding process
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in plastics injection molding
  • Knowledge of injection molding machine operation and maintenance
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
  • Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  • Proficiency in using hand tools
