    Dish Prep

    Summary

    Thank you for applying for the Dish Prep position at our company We are seeking both part-time and full-time Dishwashers. You clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots, and are also responsible for maintaining organization and cleanliness of the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas.     Duties

    • Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
    • Ensure the dishwashing machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes.
    • Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line.
    • Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.
    • Be punctual and on time.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English
    • Ability to withstand temperature extremes and exposure to cleaning chemicals.
    • 18+ years of age
