A high rewarding opportunity has arisen to join our clients team, on a permeant basis, as a Multi Skilled Operative to work on various projects across Essex and London.
The successful candidate will be part of a team in delivering high quality projects with an emphasis on Cost, Time and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibillites:
Working as part of a team in delivering projects safely, within budget and the required quality.
Attend reactive and planned works and have the ability to fault find issues and liaise with clients effectively.
Works will include all general construction to include groundworks, carpentry, decoration, basic plumbing, etc.
Work both within a team and be confident to work alone.
To be an "all-rounder" happy to get stuck in and help all team members along with overseeing other trades and sub-contractors.
Must Have:
Tools, experience in all general trades with own tool (Carpentry not wet)
Full UK Driving License.
Experience in working on commercial projects.
Experience in using RAMS and Safe working practices.
Literate and numerate with good understanding of job reporting.
Self-motivated and ambitious.
Hours & Benefits:
Use of company vehicle.
Annual salary of £32,000 to £33,000, based on experience.
Monday - Friday with regular paid weekend overtime.
