- Hands-on Campaign Management: Take charge of creating, fine-tuning, and overseeing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. This involves everything from keyword research and ad creation to targeting, bidding, and performance analysis.
- Mastering Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute targeted Facebook Ads strategies to engage key demographics, employing segmentation, retargeting tactics, and creative experimentation to optimize outcomes.
- Optimize Shopify Presence: Collaborate closely with our e-commerce team to enhance the Krosswood Doors Shopify store for maximum conversions. This includes optimizing site design, user experience, product listings, and checkout flow.
- Analytics and Insights: Dive deep into campaign metrics, extracting actionable insights to guide ongoing optimization efforts. Regularly report on performance metrics, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment between marketing activities and broader business objectives.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce. Incorporate these insights into our strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and e-commerce platforms (experience with Shopify preferred).
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, from setup to optimization to performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Experience in managing and optimizing Shopify stores, with a knack for e-commerce best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in Salt Lake City Office. (Not a remote position)
