We are looking for you to join a renowned service company in elderly care, which operates senior residences throughout Europe.

At the location in
Berlin-Mitte, you will be responsible for leading the
Payroll team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the Payroll team
Preparing accurate monthly payroll for a defined group of employees
Being the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll matters
Contributing to the development of HR systems, particularly the payroll system
Generating regular reports and assisting with the annual financial statements in close collaboration with relevant departments
Assisting with audits and answering questions related to social security and tax law

Your qualifications:

A degree in business administration and/or a completed commercial apprenticeship, as well as several years of experience in the abovementioned field
Previous experience in a leadership role and extensive knowledge of payroll tasks
Excellent knowledge of tax and social security law
Proficiency in SAP HCM and MS Office, especially MS Excel, with a strong aptitude for learning new systems
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, ability to work in a team, and a serviceoriented approach
