Your responsibilities

  • You advise the discerning customers of a premium brand and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience
  • You lead, support, and motivate the store team and are the first point of contact on site
  • You manage all daily tasks: staff planning, sales consultation, and implementation of attractive product displays, cash register and inventory activities, ordering and inventory management, as well as general administrative tasks
  • You appreciate craftsmanship and the finest materials and are able to convey this fascination and enthusiasm for our products

Your profile

  • You have several years of professional and managerial experience in a similar position
  • You are a team player with a high level of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
  • You have a passion for selling beautiful things through consultation
  • You have a confident, stylish appearance and a positive attitude
