    Description

    Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling benefits to individuals, families, and small business owners. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and target potential clients through company provided leads, referrals, and other marketing strategies

    Meet with clients to discuss their health insurance needs and provide them with information on available policies

    Create and present customized insurance plans to clients based on their specific needs and budget

    Continuously educate oneself on new products, industry trends, and regulations to ensure the best possible service to clients

    Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals

    Qualifications:

    Proven sales experience, particularly in the health insurance industry

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions

    Self-motivated and driven to succeed

    Strong understanding of health insurance products and regulations

    Must have a valid insurance license
