  • Processing of warranty and goodwill cases and analysis of complaint causes
  • Preparation of statements and coordination of further steps with the specialist departments

  • Active price negotiation with customers within given framework
  • Processing of special tasks or smaller projects

Bring in your strengths: Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in customer service and additional qualifications desirable
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Thorough and service-oriented way of working
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Determination, flexibility and implementation strength
  • Willingness to work in AOG service desirable
