    Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Senior Fund Accountant to join our Fund Administration team

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Supervise, mentor, and train a team of Associate and Fund Accountants;
    • Develop leadership skills;
    • Respond to auditor queries;
    • Communicate with property manager(s) and client(s);
    • Prepare/review reports for clients;
    • Calculate and review performance returns;
    • Review property budgets;
    • Determine appropriate cash distributions;
    • Review and interpret financial reports;
    • Ensure compliance with agreements.

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Bachelor's degree in accounting;
    • 2 years of real estate accounting experience;
    • Big 4 experience preferred;
    • Proficiency in Excel;
    • Excellent communication and organization skills;
    • Deadline-driven;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
    • Supervisory experience a plus;
    • Experience in Yardi software a plus;
    • CPA desirable.
