    Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accounting Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing client-level and company-level directives, managing a team of accounting professionals, and contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Manager

    Team Leadership:

    • Ensure team members feel valued and supported, fostering their success.
    • Manage and lead a team, including Fund Controller, Senior Associate, Associate, and Interns.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients and staff.
    • Oversee the setup of new clients and assist team members as needed.
    • Manage and meet all client deadlines, providing coverage if team members are unavailable.

    Quality Control:

    • Conduct primary reviews of company deliverables, including financial statements, capital account statements, capital calls, distributions, etc.

    Operational Oversight:

    • Work with the team to ensure clients' day-to-day needs are met.
    • Develop impactful relationships with clients and staff, including regular trips to visit clients as needed.
    • Manage minor team issues and collaborate with Directors on major concerns.

    Strategic Contribution:

    • Provide feedback to Directors on assigned work and assist in client allocation decisions.
    • Offer ideas or suggestions to Directors on ways to support company growth, system improvements, problem resolutions, and potential business opportunities.

    Collaboration and Support:

    • Be available to support Directors with company projects or demands as needed.

    Senior Manager:

    Fulfillment of Manager Responsibilities:

    • Fulfill all the responsibilities outlined for a Manager.

    Team Support and Growth:

    • Support and mentor Managers on your team.
    • Focus on growing the team with a companywide mindset.

    Companywide Projects/Roles:

    • Take on high-level companywide projects/roles as needed within the company's growth strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • CPA certification preferred.
    • 5-6years of experience in accounting, with 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent client relationship management abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
    • Strategic thinking with a focus on company growth.
