Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746
Position Type: Part-Time
Schedules Available: 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, and 11:00pm-7:00am including every other weekend (weekend and shift differential offered)

Position Overview for Certified Med Tech:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Med Techs to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their medical needs are met. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a heart for service, this is the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities as a Certified Med Tech:
- Medication Administration: Administer medications to residents according to their service plans and monitor for any side effects.
- Personal Care Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Documentation: Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.
- Emotional Support: Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.
Desired Characteristics as a Certified Med Tech:

- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail, especially in following care plans and documentation.
- Adaptable: Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude, even under pressure.
Experience and Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
- Assisted living experience preferred.
- Certification as a Med Tech required.
- PCC (Point Click Care) experience preferred.
