Position Type:
Full-Time
Schedule: 3:00pm-11:00pm including every other weekend (weekend and shift differential offered)

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Med Techs to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their medical needs are met.
Key Responsibilities as a Certified Med Tech:
Medication Administration:
Administer medications to residents according to their service plans and monitor for any side effects.
Personal Care Support:
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.
Documentation:
Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.
Emotional Support:
Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
Safety and Compliance:
Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.
Desired Characteristics as a Certified Med Tech:

Team Player:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
Detail-Oriented:
Excellent attention to detail, especially in following care plans and documentation.
Adaptable:
Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude, even under pressure.
Experience and Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
Assisted living experience preferred.
Certification as a Med Tech required.
PCC (Point Click Care) experience preferred.
