    Cox Automotive with Manheim auctions is the world'slargest used vehicle marketplace. We are embarking on an excitingjourney as we transform our time and pay management capabilitiesfrom our current Kronos system to take advantage of the broaderadvanced capabilities of UKG Pro Workforce Management. Thistransformation brings the opportunity to modernize the end-to-endscheduling process, which varies by the 70+ individual auctionlocations with limited technology benefits. The deployment of UKGPro Workforce Management and its advanced scheduling capabilitiesbrings an incredible opportunity to improve the everyday experiencefor our front-line team members and theirmanagers.

    The Lead Product Owner is the Product Management evangelist for AdvancedScheduling & Resource Planning at Cox Automotive. They aim todeliver innovative solutions based on their understanding ofhigh-level business priorities and company objectives. The ProductOwner works with Product Leadership and Business Stakeholders toestablish the product vision and then brings it to life for theenterprise.

    Lead Product Owners work with a cross-functional scrum team to build,enhance, and manage a set of products and platforms using ScaledAgile Framework methodology. They will own and groom the productbacklog with input from stakeholders, partners, and the business.Teams will include platform/software engineers, developers, QA(Quality Assurance), and scrum masters.

    Asproducts and solutions near launch, they will support mobilizationand business readiness as the business develops go-to-market plans.They may help in demos and support training material creation as asubject matter expert.

    This role serves as anexpert on UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM) and proceduresrelating to executing WFM workloads, such as forecasting models,client implementation (communication, schedule changes,optimization, hours increases/reductions), agent efficiency, andprocess improvement initiatives. Proficient in using UKF PRO WFMfor forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.

    Theperson must be a self-starter who can proactively reach out to thebusiness and their peers in the space to identify new opportunitiesand ways in which we can do thingsdifferently.

    Responsibilities(including but not limited to):
    • Providesthought leadership to develop new or improved processes,methodologies, systems, tools, and/or services based on practicalexperience, optimal outcomes, and best practices to enhance theoperating environment of front-line team members.
    • Provides advanced-level knowledge of the UKG ProWorkforce Management (Formerly known as Dimensions) AdvancedScheduler Module.
    • Product ownership of theapplicable program increment processes and technology deliverycommitments.
    • Developing and supporting acontinuous improvement process within WFM
    • Facilitates complex working sessions, including defining strategicobjectives and tailoring them to meet business needs asnecessary.
    • Improve the team memberexperience, resulting in a reduction in EE attrition.
    • Deliver transformational change in all aspects ofback-office workforce management.
    • Analyzescomplex data or facts and summarizes and presents findings in acompelling way
    • Thought leader to ourstakeholders and partners to create product roadmaps that increaseenterprise value and efficiency over time
    • Represent Cox Automotive business stakeholders in status meetingsand solution work sessions between stakeholder groups to enable thedelivery of advanced scheduling solutions that meet the businessneeds.
    • Translate business requests intofeatures and user stories in a collaborative cross-functional teamto craft solutions/documentation and represent customer needs inproduct delivery.
    • Prioritize product backlogwith input from stakeholders, peers, and leadership to ensurealignment with product strategy and roadmap.
    • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in applicationfeatures, capabilities, and business rules.
    • Participate in the applicable product delivery ceremonies, such asdaily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, retrospectives, andrelease train planning meetings.
    • Partner withBusiness Stakeholders to understand and influence product strategywhile generating innovative ideas for achieving productsuccess
    • Partners with Release Train Core Teamto develop release plans that support go-to-marketstrategies
    • Communicate progress towardmilestones as software is released.
    • Makerapid tactical decisions to maintain team momentum and focus onincremental value delivery.
    • Ensuresregulatory compliance and Shift Governance/Scheduleadherence
    • Partners to evaluate projectsutilizing WFM to boost productivity
    • Scheduling experience in multiple skill and multichannelenvironments
    • Must be able to travel withinthe US up to 30% of the time.
    Qualifications:
    • Abachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experiencein a related field. The right candidate could also have a differentcombination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience; aPh.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years ofexperience.
    • Ability to understand andarticulate various internal and external customer needs
    • Proven self-starter who can proactively engage with thebusiness, stakeholders and peer base
    • Workingcollaboratively with key stakeholders (e.g., operations management,HR, and IT teams)
    • Be a solid change agent andresilient to roadblocks
    • Anticipate customerneeds and proactively identify solutions
    • Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies newsolutions to problems
    • Plan, prioritize,organize, and complete work to meet establishedobjectives
    • Develop, maintain, and leverageFinance relationships
    • Oversees the dailyworkflow of multiple locations.
    • Must possessa natural curiosity to expand their knowledge, identify newopportunities, and know where to adapt our approach.
    • Working understanding of UKG Workforce Management Pro(formerly known as UKG Dimensions).
    • Experience managing or deploying UKG Workforce Management Pro orsimilar advanced scheduling tools (Nice or Aspect).
    • Working experience in complete product lifecyclemethodologies
    • Working experience in acollaborative, cross-functional team environment
    • High-level experience working with engineering teams todeliver product capabilities
    • Strongcommunication skills & presentation skills, verbal and written,with the ability to communicate across business andtechnology
    • Self-directed problem solver witha demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent workexperience
    • Advanced knowledge of FlexScheduling and shift governance in multiple-skill and multi-channelenvironments.

    Compensation:

    Compensationincludes a base salary of $106, $177, The basesalary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based onfactors such as the ultimate location of the position and theselected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position maybe eligible for additional compensation that may include anincentiveprogram.
