We are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d) or similar profession to join our team in Oskaloosa, IA as soon as possible to support our back office and purchasing department.

Your responsibilities:
- Secretarial and assistant tasks
- Writing letters, emails, notes, and protocols
- Direct and telephone contact with customers for organizational matters
- Independent drafting of emails
- Support for purchasing department
- Additional support for management with special tasks
- Proactive support in administrative and organizational daily business
- Completed vocational training
- Teamwork and independent and careful work style
- MS Office skills
- Basic knowledge of English
- Enjoyment of innovation and variety
