Currently, we are looking for a Project Manager in General Planning (m/f/d) for our client in Nuremberg, a planning office for construction and facility projects, for direct employment.


How you will support our client:

  • Support the project management in active project processing (internal/external)
  • Independent handling of phases 17 according to HOAI
  • Active management of deadlines, costs, and quality, as well as ensuring the implementation of user requirements
  • Independent construction management and controlling tasks during execution
  • Coordination and coordination with the client on planningrelated issues
  • Coordination and coordination with construction and planning participants (internal/external)

What is expected of you:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or industrial engineering with a focus on construction
  • At least 35 years of professional experience in planning and processing of construction projects in (general) planning
  • Expertise in the fee schedule HOAI and experience in procurement and contract management (VOB)
  • Confident appearance, communication/assertiveness, and structured way of working
  • High design and technical competence
  • First experience with the BIM methodology, preferably with Autodesk Revit, or willingness to familiarize oneself with the method
  • Very good knowledge of German
