Las Maravillas, NM's DELFISH Swim School has been offering professional children and baby swimming courses for 25 years in approximately 80 indoor pools, making it one of the most renowned swim schools in Germany.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and socially competent individual as a
Customer Service Representative (m, w, d).

Your responsibilities include:

Advising and supporting new and existing customers via phone and email
Processing registrations, cancellations, and customer complaints
Assisting with the organization of daily operations in customer service

Your profile:

You have completed a vocational training or degree
You have at least 3 years of professional experience
You are customeroriented and have strong communication skills
You have excellent written and spoken German skills
Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office, are essential
Your profile is rounded off by a high level of initiative and resilience
