    At Elite Branding, we're looking for a dedicated Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service department by accurately entering and managing data while providing exceptional service to our clients.     Key Responsibilities
    Responsibilities:
    • Accurately input and manage customer data into our systems and databases.
    • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
    • Maintain customer records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and data management software.
