What to expect:
Social pedagogical support for young offenders

Development-promoting counseling and individual case assistance

Planning and documentation of the support process

Conducting workshops and social training sessions

Assistance in coping with stress and conflict situations, crisis intervention

Outreach social work

Support in the application process and in creating application documents

Communication with the funding agency

Collaboration and information exchange with employees involved in the qualification and work process


What you bring:
A degree in pedagogy, social pedagogy, or a comparable degree with experience in child and youth welfare

Comprehensive professional and social competence

Desirable further training in mediation in criminal matters or willingness to undergo further training

Enjoyment in working with people and in teamwork

Ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
