Your responsibilities
- Independent handling of all organizational matters for our CEO
- Schedule management and travel organization
- Planning and preparation of meetings and appointments, including creating presentation materials
- Research tasks and compiling relevant information
Your profile
- Completed commercial education and relevant work experience in a mediumsized industrial company
- High level of loyalty, reliability, and time flexibility
- Confident demeanor and strong communication skills
- Quick comprehension and ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Organizational and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluency in English, ideally also French and Spanish
