Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering world-class customer service that delights users by capably responding to inquiries and concernsover phone, chat, and emailDocumenting customer information with precision and confidentialityBuilding meaningful relationships and providing personalized service with customers through deep understanding of their businesses and needsEnabling our customers to get the most from our online platform and productMeeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals while complying with all regulatory requirementsManaging other related activities, such as complaints and escalationsIdentifying and driving improvements to internal processes, measurement tools, and customer service cultureYou may be a good fit if you:Have a bachelor's degree or at least three years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., banking, investment)
