- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.
- Attend semiweekly meetings to connect with the team.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service through each interaction.
- Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that you are meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Attend training meetings and shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar knowledge.
- Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.
- Other duties as assigned by your team leaders.
- Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.
- Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred)
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Coachable and self-motivated.
- Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to perform with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize.
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries: Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation/Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience.
- Sales background or solar experience.
- Competitive pay with uncapped earning potential. Average yearly earning between $100,000-$250,000+, depending on experience. This is a commission-based opportunity.
