    OverviewSalary: 72,000
    $5,000 Sign-On Bonus(applicable to external candidates only)The Clinical Supervisor will provide supervision to clinical staff while developing their skills in responding to complex issues. The Clinical Supervisor will conduct assessments and provide individual and group treatmentAdvocates promotes a healthy work-life balance and offers many generous perks of employment and room for advancement.     Master's DegreeResponsibilities
    + Provide high quality evaluations, individual, and group clinical services.+ Provide focused leadership, support, and supervision for clinical staff.+ Demonstrate a proactive commitment to maintaining effective communication with staff and individuals to facilitate and promote effective working relationships and customer service.+ Ensure that clinical services are being delivered and documented in accordance with FC's clinical philosophy and all licensing and regulatory bodies.+ Provide and document clinical supervision to clinicians related to specific specialty, including monthly clinical meetings for clinicians.+ Ensures the quality assurance plan is followed.+ Generate reports as necessary to maintain satisfactory compliance standards.+ Provide feedback to supervisees regarding clinical and documentation practices.+ Oversee assigned clinician's caseload and utilization of services to ensure medical necessity.+ Oversee assigned clinician's schedule and productivity to ensure they are meeting site expectations.+ Provide back up to clinicians as needed during emergencies.+ Provide feedback to the Director that assists in the planning and development of services that provide quality care to people supported at the clinic.+ Assist in the hiring and training of new clinical staff.+ Attend and actively participates in supervision and staff meetings.+ Attend trainings as assigned; maintain necessary certifications and licenses+ Ensure all paperwork, reports, trainings are up to date and completed within the Divisions expected timelines.+ Liaison to other community providers and related agencies and develop community resources, as needed.Qualifications
    + Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, or related license eligible field from an accredited university.+ Current Massachusetts independent licensure of LADC I, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.+ Two years of clinical, operational, and supervisory experience. Four years of experience working within residential or clinic settings.+ Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.+ Strong computer knowledge. Ability to use an Electronic Health Record to document medically necessary clinical services.+ Strongly prefer that a candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations._Advocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
