North Suffolk's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) - Emergency Services Program is looking for a Call Center Clinical Supervisor to join our team The Call Center Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the clinical and administrative aspects for the Mobile Crisis Intervention Call Center.


What you'll do:


  • Hire, direct, schedule, train, discipline and discharge employees.
  • Adjust employee grievances and evaluate/appraise employee performance.
  • Make recommendation on the retention of employees.
  • Provide team leadership while supervising clinical and administrative call center staff.
  • Provide input in development and allocation of program resources as well as in the planning, redesign and development of a program in collaboration with appropriate clinical and administrative personnel.
  • Provide oncall coverage as needed (Admin on Call).
  • Assist in monitoring productivity, caseloads and billable hour level of clinicians and other staff.
  • Aid in creating and implementing workflows, policies, and procedures for the call center.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as needed.

What you'll need:

Education/Skills:


  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or Nursing.
  • LICSW/LMHC required.

Experience:


  • Supervisory/Administrative experience preferred.
  • 35 years experience in Emergency services required.
  • Must have access to a car and possess a valid driver's license.
