    With a portfolio of over 8 million patients, 7500 providers, 30 states, and 400 healthcare facilities, SCP Health is a leader in clinical practice management spanning the entire continuum of care, including emergency medicine, hospital medicine, wellness, telemedicine, intensive care, and ambulatory care.

    The core functionality of the Operations Analyst is to provide data analysis, reporting, and support of the Medical Director plan.

    This role is expected to clearly communicate with all stakeholders the opportunity to improve operations. The Operations Analyst is expected to be highly organized and manage disparate information and propose solutions.

    Agility Due to the rigorous pace set by Field Ops team, the ability to change direction without hesitation and apprehension is essential.

    When interacting with all levels of management it is important to ensure that all models are viable and aligned with the success and growth of the company.

    The Analyst will ensure that the operational and strategic risks of proposed courses of action are clearly articulated.
    Respect In all communications the Analyst is expected to provide professional and unbiased analysis.

    Collaboration The Operations Analyst is expected to work with all members of the operating team to help facilitate a team environment.

    They are also expected to provide guidance to the Regional Medical Officers, VPs of Operations, and Medical Directors.

    Due to the nature of the work, it is also expected that the Operations Analyst will provide support to any outside departments that require assistance in understating the inputs and outputs of the reporting and analysis.

    Communicate effectively with our operating teams and medical directors in support of achieving their medical director plans.
    Perform monthly analysis and reporting of key information for circulation to senior management.

    Work directly with client facilities in conjunction with SCP operations teams to produce solutions for client needs that maintain a positive ROI for our company.

    Demonstrate the ability to manage workload and produce results independently and without excessive supervision.
    Support with the financial planning and budgeting process.

    Perform or assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned including but not limited to development and monitoring of revenue, expenses, key performance metrics, presentations for senior management meetings and projects assigned by the Director, Operational Finance.

    Compile, evaluate, and transform information from various systems and databases for use in financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

    Build and maintain relationships with regional operators and be a key resource to them for revenue and cost related operations questions.

    Expected to carefully consider manner in which work is presented and include summarized analysis, data, and visual presentation that is most appropriate for each situation.

    Must communicate and work effectively with other departments including but not limited to: IT, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Revenue Cycle Services, and Operations.

    You have 3+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting.
    You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Science, Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
    Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office suite with expert skills utilizing Excel.
    Prior exposure to VBA; JavaScript; MicroStrategy; Oracle BI; Tableau; Workday, a plus.

    Knowledge of relational / multi-dimensional databases, ability to write SQL; Data analysis skills including but not limited to: cleaning and analysis.
