    Description
    Title: Patient Access Representative // Medical Front Desk
    Hours: Full Time M-F (day & night shifts offered) OR Part Time Sat/Sun 7a-7p
    Requirements: High School Diploma *No healthcare experience required*
    Pay: $15/hr with room for growth

    Job Outline:
    • With competency and compassion, this position helps patients understand their insurance benefits and educate them on their financial responsibilities.
    • They are able to discuss payment options and assistance, as necessary.
    • Duties may include scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance including pre-visit collection.
    • The Patient Registration team member will be responsible for ensuring that the most accurate patient data is obtained and populated into the patient record.
