American Plastics, headquartered in St.

Louis, Missouri, is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic-injection molded products for the household & garage storage and commercial cleaning end-markets.

We are searching for an IT Coordinator located in or near Findlay, Ohio. This position will report to the Vice President of Information Technology.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with third-party IT vendors for onsite support as needed
Assist internal IT team and Managed Service Provider on local support for all Ohio locations
Monthly creation and management of KnowB4 Phishing exercises. Monthly auditing and reporting of individuals failing the test. Training for those failing and new hires.
Monthly audits of personnel hiring and separation to keep software licensing under control and control costs
Project communications and Liaison with end users
Auditing of Managed Services providers on billing against contract and CapEx
Auditing of monthly bills such as Telecommunications for Audit purposes
Assistance in establishing and documenting training for all oncoming products (Example DUO multifactor sign on and Password utilities)

Requirements

Associate degree or prior IT Experience will be considered in lieu
1 plus years' experience in a coordinator, desktop support, or assistant role
Highly motivated and results driven
High attention to detail

Proficient MS Office Skills:
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Technical Writing Skills
