Your Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist (m/f/d) for a direct placement.

Our client is a successful alliance of law firms, auditing, management consulting, and tax consulting. With over 600 employees at multiple locations in Germany, they successfully serve more than 4000 clients.

The scope of responsibilities includes the entire general HR support for employees from entry to exit, as well as close collaboration with partners/leadership.

Your Tasks:

You are the first point of contact for team partners/leadership and employees for all HR matters and labor and social security law questions
Implementation of all administrative tasks in the HR field, such as creating and maintaining personnel files and master data, issuing certificates, references, amendment agreements, etc.
Participation in exciting HR projects
Preparation of payroll and coordination with the payroll department
Processing of new hires and exits, including feedback and exit interviews
Identification of personnel development and training needs for the supported teams

Your Profile:

A degree in human resources, business administration, economics, or a comparable, relevant education
At least 3 years of professional experience in the HR/personnel field, ideally in HR support or administrative roles
An open and friendly personality, with reliability and initiative being natural qualities and a focus on people
Proficient in MS Office products
