What to expect:

As a Microwave Planner in the mobile network
Senior Expert, you will be responsible for planning and project management of large network expansion measures in the microwave network of mobile base stations, with a focus on endtoend performance, cost reduction, and quality improvement in close coordination with other planning groups.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing network expansion strategies and planning concepts for broadband connection of mobile base stations, currently to support the 5G rollout.
You will manage external partners and suppliers in planning projects and conduct meetings with them.
You will provide technical leadership to external parties in project settings.

What sets you apart:

A completed technical degree, preferably in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or computer science.
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the telecommunications sector or related industries.
Several years of experience working with planning tools.
Excellent knowledge of the transport network and the technologies used, detailed knowledge of the technologies used in the transport network.
