- Initiate and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Conduct needs analysis to promote a suitable product and close the sale
- Responsible for selling the vehicle, and finance and insurance (F&I) products
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features
- Use the client relationship management system for leads, sales, communications, and future opportunities
- Generate sales via walk-ins, internet leads, and phone calls; Client Advisors do not make cold calls
- Attend and successfully pass sales training at the start of employment
