Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses, improve their movement and manage pain through various physical therapy techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition
- Develop treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and goals
- Administer physical therapy treatments and exercises to improve patients' mobility and reduce pain
- Educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and stretching
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
