- The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Automotive Service experience with 5+ years of leadership, managing people and teams in a fast paced environment. If you have less than 5 years experience as a leader, you're going to have to really wow us If you don't have automotive experience the bar is even higher but write an even better cover letter if you want to still be considered.
- You are responsible for helping lead a team that oversees daily operations, planning, and customer satisfaction. Your core expertise is in creating and delivering best in class customer service.
