Description

We are seeking an exceptional Embedded Security Software Architect to join our Secure Software IP team at North Fork. This team is responsible for developing cutting-edge secure cryptographic libraries that are protected against physical and logical attacks across all NXP domains and business lines.

As a software architect on our team, your daily tasks will include:

Managing requirements, software design, variant management, code quality, and release coordination for assigned projects
Collaborating with engineering teams as a technical expert to support the development process, and with business users to define and scope projects and assist with integration topics

Key Responsibilities:

Driving the requirements management process for assigned projects
Leading the architectural design and technical specification of deliverables, including all related documentation and API definitions
Contributing to high-level detailed design with domain experts
Reviewing important code changes, such as API impact and structural rework
Monitoring code quality and other KPIs, and taking action to meet targets
Aligning with project managers and security & test architects on project execution and coordination of the release process
Collaborating with other architects on common cross-project topics, such as requirements management, static analysis, code coverage, and release process
